The following is our return policy: We accepts returns within 30 days of the customer’s original receipt of the merchandise. (This is generally no more than 7 days after the invoice date.) We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping charges, provided the returned goods are in salable condition. ALL SALE/MARKDOWN AND CLEARANCE TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL! WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THIS MERCHANDISE. "Original" category (one-of-a-kind) items, without defect, can only be returned for credit. As these items are one-of-a-kind there are not additional sizes or colors available.

Refunds will be processed within five business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and a description of the damage.
